Hello? Is this thing on?

Welcome! This is my first post on this blog! Like lots of other fashionistas and style junkies, I decided to start a blog to document my style. I love to shop, but I also don't like to spend too much money. I've always felt that you don't have to spend a lot of money to look good. So, through this blog I hope to challenge myself to really use what I already have in my closet so I'll be including outfit posts and any other musings about style, clothes and shopping. I shop at places like NY&Co., Forever 21, H&M, Old Navy, Target, Marshall's, TJ Maxx and lots of other affordable places so alot of my outfit posts will most likely include clothes from these particular stores. Don't get me wrong, if I could shop at designer stores, I sure would! But since that's not my reality, I make do. ;)

I married my high school sweetheart in a castle in Italy

and we have a beautiful little girl who is also a budding fashionista ;)

I also took the photos above (except my wedding photo), so you'll see that I love photography as well!
